We are looking for young Electrical, Mechanical and Energetic Engineers for a challenging and international career within the Sales Department in one of the European Leader Companies in the Cogeneration sector.

You will participate in an intensive training program divided in two phases:

• Technical Training, during which the candidates will acquire knowledge about the product and company services, working for 12 months in the departments of Production, Service and Engineering at the Headquarter (in an European country).
• Training on the job with the Regional Sales Manager in order to acquire Know-how about the sector and customer management. This phase will last about 6 months in several countries.

At the end of the training program, candidates will cover the role of Sales Managers, dealing with the commercial development of a specific international regional area.

Candidates must have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Energetic Engineering. It is fundamental a fluent knowledge of English and also a second language (Spanish or another). In addition, it is very important to have full availability to travel worldwide.

It will be positively evaluated a first professional experience in the sales department within a technology sector and with strong international exposure.

Company offers 1 year contract and a permanent contract after successful training period. Candidates will relocate, for the first year, in the headquarter of the company in a European city and the company will provide full accommodation. The salary offer for the first year of training program is 26.000-28.000 € Gross.
