Personal qualities:

• Ability to lead individuals and groups
• Business and result oriented
• Openness to change
• Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally

Required qualifications:

• University Degree: Master and/or Bachelor completed when the programme starts
• Maximum of three years relevant working experience prior to or after graduation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken - additional languages are an advantage
• Driving license acquired when the programme starts.
